I got back for the night around 1:30am after being out with friends and went to the front desk to receive a new key. I lost my key earlier that night unfortunately. I am one of the previous customers who stayed in your hotel the night of November 13th, 2021. For $70 a night, we would definitely go back! Don't judge a book by its cover! Hopefully when we get up that way again, it will have a much better first impression due to the remodeling.… Other than that, breakfast was nice, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc. The only negative thing I have to say is that the hot tub was not hot! After a few minutes in it, we actually had goosebumps. Yes, it looks like an older motel, but it was recently painted and they are still working on it.
Our room was clean and had everything we needed, including a fridge and microwave. The staff was very nice and accomadating.
Going into the lobby, it smelled clean and looked clean. They are doing a lot of remodeling, so the north end looked pretty rough, but when we pulled around to the lobby, the south end was being remodeled and is looking really good. But on arrival we were pleasantly surprised. We booked this hotel online and not gonna lie, we were a little aprehensive judging by the great rate and looks of the motel.
